Read the text carefully. The pictures are older and some settings have changed.
Open
the Outlook Express 5 Folder and increase the RAM of Outlook Express to at
least 12000.
Double
click to launch Outlook Express 5. It will probably go through a First Run and
install parts that it needs in your System Folder.
Next
you will see the Outlook Express Setup Assistant.

Choose
I already have an Internet e-mail account.... The second choice. Unless you
want this to be your default email program, uncheck the box asking you this.
Type
in your name.

Type
in your email address.

Your
incoming mail server is an IMAP server.
Incoming
mail - imap.[office].scient.com ex.
imap.dal.scient.com
Outgoing
mail - mail.[office].scient.com ex.
mail.ny.scient.com
Special
note: If you are on mailsf03 in San Francisco, your incoming mail server is
imap2.sf.scient.com.

The Outgoing Mail (SMTP) should be
mail.sf.scient.com for everyone.
For
account ID and Password enter your NT name and password.

Enter
a cool name for your Account name.
Click
Finish.
Now
you will see Outllook Express displayed.
Go
to Tools/Accounts
Select
your account and choose Edit.
Under
IMAP server and under Save password, click there for advanced receiving
options.

Check
This IMAP service requires a secure connection (SSL).

Click
Okay, close the Accounts box, and select your Account name in the Folders list.
A
dialog box will come up. Check you don't want to see that dialog again and
click Continue.
You should get your mail.
